Nikon Coolpix E1000

date of acquisition: ??? | 2003 | paid: 'borrowed'

This Nikon Coolpix E1000 is yet another belonging of my dad and when I picked it up he definitely seemed a bit suspicious of what I was going to do with it (he forgot the next day). It's my everyday camera and I tried taking all the pictures on the site with it but I gave up pretty quickly when I remembered that I kinda suck at taking pics without the flash! So when I do use it, it's for outings when I need stuff to look liminal. I'm not sure why my dad later replaced it with a newer model because he's really not the type of person that buys something new before the previous one is broken or doesn't work anymore. (I would say I'm just like him, but I'm literally here writing about how many cameras I hoard...) And this camera is pretty fantastic actually. The photos are really high quality (high quality to me is 1080p btw) and you can even see some finer details upon zooming. My favorite picture I took with this is the one with the little Sakuragi figure chilling among my strawberry plants. It's also in the sd collection page, and it's currently my desktop wallpaper!
